Sera Prognostics Announces the Appointment of Zhenya Lindgardt to its Board of Directors

Ms. Lindgardt has served as Chief Executive Officer of The Commons Project Foundation (TCP), a global technology non-profit foundation focused on establishing trust ecosystems to help individuals access and control their data, since October 2021. Prior to joining TCP, she served as Vice President of Platform and Customer Engagement on the Executive Team at Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER), a publicly traded mobility and delivery company. From October 2000 to April 2019, Ms. Lindgardt worked for The Boston Consulting Group, a global consulting company, where she served as Senior Partner and Managing Director. Ms. Lindgardt has also served on the board of directors of City Harvest, a New York City hunger charity. Ms. Lindgardt received her B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from Harvard University.

Sera Prognostics Announces the Appointment of Sandra A. J. Lawrence to its Board of Directors

Ms. Lawrence has served as a trustee of the Delaware Funds by Macquarie, a director of its New York and Australian Stock Exchange-Listed closed-end funds, DEW/VCF/DDF/VMM/VFL/IVH, and on its Audit and Investments Committees since 2021. Ms. Lawrence was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Children’s Mercy Hospital, a comprehensive pediatric medical center in Kansas City, Missouri, from 2005 to 2016, and its Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 2016 to February 2019. She was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Midwest Research Institute, an independent, non-profit, contract research organization located in Kansas City, Missouri, and subsequently its Chief Financial Officer. She also serves as a member of the boards of Evergy Inc., American Shared Hospital Services, and privately held Recology. Ms. Lawrence holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Psychology from Vassar College.
